Can an LLM be used in a GDPR-compliant way?

Yes, when your use meets GDPR requirements. Define a lawful purpose and legal basis, minimise personal data, agree processor terms, assess transfers and set security and retention controls. Redaction and EU hosting help, but do not establish compliance by themselves.

Where is my data stored and processed?

We offer EU-hosted and on-premises deployments. Your scope defines where storage, model processing, logs and backups run, and which vendors can access them. For projects outside the EU, we agree locations against your requirements and applicable rules.

Are your systems ready for the EU AI Act?

Yes. We follow applicable EU AI Act requirements from the start of each AI project. We define your role and the system’s intended use, then implement the required risk assessment, transparency, oversight, logging and documentation.

How long does a typical project take?

A scope and architecture document arrives in about 5 days. Websites usually ship in weeks. AI systems and platforms are delivered in two-week increments, with timelines agreed in the scope.

How much does a project cost?

Our usual project range is €25,000 to €200,000, depending on scope, integrations and required controls. Smaller websites start below €25,000. These are ESADEX planning ranges. Your written scope provides the estimate for your project.

Do you work outside Spain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with clients around the world, in English, Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian. If you're outside the EU, we build the infrastructure around your case and your local regulations.

Who owns the code?

Accepted Answer

You do. On handover you get the full source code, infrastructure configuration and documentation.
