Overview

We built Datumboard for freelancers and small teams managing several websites. It groups operational, search and cost information by project so users can see what needs attention. The product is in early access.

The challenge

Site status, domain renewals, deploys, search data and costs were spread across separate tools.

The dashboard needed to distinguish a healthy check from a failed check or missing data.

What we built

We grouped uptime, certificate and domain expiry, deploys, search metrics and costs by project. Team roles control access, with financial data limited to owners and admins.

The integrations are read-only. Each observation includes its source and time, and missing data displays as unavailable. We also built the launch website and early-access registration.

Scope of work

  • Product definition and positioning for freelancers and small founders
  • Dashboard for uptime, SSL and domain renewals, deploys, Search Console, Lighthouse and costs
  • Read-only integrations with GitHub, Netlify, Vercel and Google Search Console
  • Website, a 41-page content library, free tools and an early-access sign-up

Outcomes

  1. 01 Datumboard is in early access at datumboard.com.
  2. 02 41 pages of guides, use cases, features, free tools, a glossary and comparisons published for launch.
  3. 03 Lighthouse on the website (mobile, October 2026): Accessibility 100, Best Practices 100, SEO 100, Performance 93.
