Overview

VitalGen aims to reduce repetitive work around intake and consultation notes. We designed the workflow to capture speech, structure visit information and let clinicians review drafts before use.

The challenge

Intake and visit notes take time during consultations. The workflow needed to reduce repeated entry without interrupting patient care.

The design also needed controlled access, traceable changes and careful handling of health data.

What we built

We built speech capture and structured visit documentation around the clinical workflow.

Clinicians review the output. The system supports documentation rather than making clinical decisions on their behalf.

Scope of work

  • Product scoping for healthcare workflows
  • Speech-to-text pipeline design
  • Clinical note and intake flow implementation
  • Compliance-aware UX and deployment planning

Outcomes

  1. 01 A clinical documentation workflow designed to reduce manual entry.
  2. 02 A workflow target of giving each clinician back roughly two hours a day for patient-facing work.
  3. 03 A foundation for compliant, speech-driven healthcare operations.
